Cheryl Adams McAuliffe began her real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a top producer, setting herself as an expert in the listing and sale of Long Island homes from Garden City to the North Shore. Prior to joining Coach Realtors, Cheryl spent over 17 years in financial services, working for industry leaders, including mutual fund giant Fidelity Investments. "I have been very fortunate in my career to have worked for companies that set the standard for ethics, integrity and innovations in the marketplace. I am happy to say that this trend continues with Coach Realtors."

Cheryl’s success in real estate was immediate: she was the Garden City Office "Listing Agent of the Year" in 2004,2010 and the Garden City office "Top Sales Agent of the Year" in 2006, 2007 and 2008. She was honored with Garden City office Client Service Award in 2010, the Team Player Award, as well as Company wide winner of the Customer Service Award and is a consistent member of the prestigious Platinum Circle of Excellence. On several occasions, Cheryl has been selected to host round table discussions at company-wide meetings. She also served as a panelist at the 2007 Christies Great Estates Conference in Orlando, Fla., Super Star Agent Panel at the June 2008 Long Island Board of Realtors Education Conference. And in June 2009, was on the panel of the Christies Great Estate Strategies for Success in Rockefeller Center, NYC.

Cheryl is acclaimed for her negotiation skills, extensive market knowledge, and personal service approach with a special emphasis on client confidentiality. She attributes much of her success in real estate to her background in sales and sales management in dealing with High Net Worth and Institutional clients and her personal experiences of buying and selling numerous properties over the years. Her family’s relocation from Boston to Long Island gives her first hand insight into the challenges and concerns facing transferees and their families. Cheryl has planned, hosted, and contributed to various public informational seminars including an annual Property Tax Reassessment, a series of informational Seniors Seminars, as well as the Real Estate "Bubble".

Cheryl’s success also comes from her specialized training and continuing education. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Salve Regina College in Newport, RI.
