I have to agree that the school is secure, well run, pleasant atmosphere and good community. The children are responsible for their own work, and that's good. Teachers are attentive, always return my calls, answer my notes. They are polite and look out for the child's emotional well being (not embarrassing them on personal issues, but guiding towards good behavoir) as well as academic well being. The teachers go out of their way to help the children become acadmeically successful.

Having children in the district for 11 years I can disagree with all the below, First most of it is parents expect teachers to be babysitters and do not get involved. One of my children has been top ten, however she applies herself and wants to do well...in state testing she did fantastic...these are the tests that are throughout the state and if our teachers aren't teaching then the children wouldn't do well! When I needed to talk with a teacher, they have always been avaliable and again, it takes three, parent, teacher child. Another child of mine that isn't top of school, gets the extra help needed, not just given....Asked for and followed up with. There are limited sports yes, but there are and there are many community based sports also run throughout the year. Remember things will not just come to you...YOU need to PUT in :)
