Fort Salonga Elementary is a very friendly and wonderful school. We are very impressed with the principal, who has over 16 years experience and an optimistic personality with a very strong commitment and passion for academic and social success of the students! Great security and a wonderful charming community! The PTA is warm, welcoming and very informative! Impressive balanced literacy workshop by teachers! Great community and a very beautiful place! Keep up the good work!

Administration is bad. They suspend 5 year olds from school for weeks! Who suspends 5 year olds for a day much less weeks! Much less for your constitional right to defend yourself. And the aggressor didn't get in trouble at all! And no one was hurt or cried or complained. And the whole event lasted less then 5 seconds. Move out like I am for your childrens sake. I rated the teacher and parents so low as to who could not stand up to an administration like this. As after this I heard from many parents who said things like "get a lawyer" "OO I know all about that building I had kids go through there" " my wife is always butting heads with that building administration" I am deeply saddened by how right the district thinks they are in doing this to a 5 year old. And they are a progressive district so the next punishment will be worse. Hmm 12 more yrs to go. Whats the chance a 5 year old won't mess up in the next 3 years much less 12? Maybe 6 months for cutting the lunch line in 2nd grade... pure speculation but thats the path they are on.

We love Fort Salonga Elem school because of the great teachers, caring staff and cheerful school...whenever you enter you feel the hug.

Both of my children went to Fort Salonga Elementary. AMAZING experience. Their kindergarten teachers were fantastic and their first grade teacher was a cut above the rest. Mr. Branca is the best. The principal is very friendly and caring. GREAT school.
