Our son attended the parent/toddler program for 1 year and 2 years of nursery. The Waldorf School is a warm and nurturing environment for both children and parents. Part of the benefit is all the "learning" the parents receive in early childhood development and understanding their basic needs. As different or extreme as it may seem to the outsider, we are more than happy to reinforce the guidelines that set for us at school and at home. The Waldorf/Steiner philosophy has enlightened us and certainly has made a huge impact on our lives. While we are not currently at the school, we still employ many of the Waldorf practices we learned while there and have maintained many close relationships with the children, parents and teachers.

The diversity of the student body (cultural, religious & ethnic) is a great mix. The school is a welcoming, safe learning environment. My 2nd grader loves going to school every day.

I am more than greatful to have found this school! The Staff is great, my child's teacher is awesome and I have made some good friends of some of the other parents in our class!

Waldorf truly deeloped my son into the man he is today. Students are really guided to become responsible, cultivated citizens, to embrace diversity, see multiple points of view and develop their own strengths and abilities. Waldorf does all the stuff that others only have in their mission statements!

I did not care for this school at all. The environment was not fun or friendly. It was more of an environment for discipline. The problem with this approach is that the teacher (s) did not first establish any relationship or any sort of trust with the child and before you know it, they are repremanding the children and sending them out of the room.

This is a wonderful school. This is my Son's second year in the school. The teachers are great and follow up with parents on a regular basis. The students are well behaved and show maturity beyond their ages. Wonderful, I will send another child here if I had one.

My daughter has been going to this wonderful school for 3 years. She was in the GC public school and Im glad I took her and put her in Waldorf! EXCELLENT school!!
